Let Me Tell You About Firelake Brunch

Some brunches, you try once and forget. Firelake Brunch? We keep coming back. And so do our friends. It’s got everything you need for a laid-back afternoon—great food, endless drinks, live music, and it won’t burn a hole in your pocket.

We recently went with a big group of friends, and after yet another fantastic afternoon, I figured it was time to stop gatekeeping and finally share why this brunch is such a favourite.

Food, Fun & Southern Charm

Every Saturday from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, FireLake Brunch turns into a lively spot with Southern-style BBQ, live music, and endless drinks. The seating is comfy, the crowd is a mix of groups, families and couples.

Starters

Brunch starts strong with a seafood tower stacked with Dibba Bay oysters, prawns, and mussels, plus a selection of hot and cold starters served straight to the table. No need to move for the first round— just relax.

The Live Stations

Then come the live cooking stations—aka my happy place. Smash burgers, wagyu ribeye, charred seafood, tender grilled lamb chops… and yes, even a vegetarian station (a rare find at a BBQ-heavy brunch). Everything is cooked fresh in front of you, plated beautifully, and utterly irresistible.

How many trips to the live stations are too many? Asking for a friend.

Still with me? It only gets better…

Firelake Brunch Drinks

Firelake Brunch Drinks Menu

A good brunch lives and dies by its drinks package, and Firelake does a solid job of keeping the cocktails, beer, and wine flowing.

Our table naturally split into two groups—guys on one side, girls on the other. The guys mentioned the drink service was a bit slow this time (bad luck for them), while we had no such issue. Maybe us girls were just louder about our refills—oops.

Firelake Brunch Views

Firelake Brunch Dubai

The usual Burj Khalifa skyline views weren’t quite as impressive this time, thanks to some ongoing construction. But honestly? They’re still good—just not as epic as we remember from our last visit. But hey, that’s Dubai for you—the skyline is always evolving! Of course, no one was fussed. With amazing food, endless drinks, and top-tier company, the view quickly became the least important thing.

Meet “The Cowboy”

Brunch with live music is always a win, and Firelake Brunch gets it right. The singer—who we’ve affectionately nicknamed “The Cowboy”—keeps the vibe alive with country hits and singalong classics. By the end of the afternoon, we were all on our feet, dancing and enjoying the music. If that’s not a sign of a great brunch, I don’t know what is.

Firelake Brunch is Always a Good Idea

Dubai’s got no shortage of brunches, but Firelake Brunch keeps drawing us back. The food is always top-notch, the atmosphere is lively without being over the top, and it’s the perfect spot for everything from group hangouts to hosting out-of-town guests. Oh, and if you’re using The Entertainer, there’s a 2-for-1 deal on the premium package—honestly, it’s almost brunch robbery.

So, if you’re still wondering where to brunch this weekend—look no further. Book a table at Firelake, grab your best people, and get ready for an afternoon full of BBQ, drinks, and potential dance floor regrets. And if you see The Cowboy, tell him we said hi!
