After living in Dubai for five years and eating my way through an alarming number of brunches, I can confidently say The Guild Brunch is easily in my top three!
It’s no secret how much we love The Guild. We’ve already done the business lunch and Sunday roast, so trying The Guild Brunch Dubai felt inevitable.
We’d wanted to try it for ages, but it’s definitely on the pricier side. That said, when they launched a limited 50% off deal, we practically sprinted there. Then we somehow convinced our friends to come back again a few weeks later for the 25% off offer.
So now the real question is… is The Guild Brunch worth paying full price for?
The Guild Brunch runs every Saturday from 12pm to 4pm and is priced at:
We went for the house beverages package, because while champagne is lovely, so is paying your DEWA bill.

The first hour of The Guild Brunch Dubai takes place in the bar area, where you’re served cocktails, mimosas, and canapés before moving into the main restaurant.
I loved this part because it’s so different from the usual Dubai brunch format.
It kind of felt like we’d accidentally gatecrashed a posh English wedding. It’s worth noting that people really dress up for this brunch, so maybe get that blow-dry booked and steam that dress you’ve been saving for the next wedding invite (minus the fascinator!).

There was champagne floating around, tiny elegant canapés, caviar…
It’s such a lovely introduction to the brunch and eases you in gently before things become… significantly less sophisticated later on.
At around 1pm, you’re escorted into the main dining room and seated.

Now technically, the starters are buffet style. But calling this a buffet feels deeply unfair.

This was seafood heaven.

We’re talking lobsters, oysters, crab legs, and endless beautifully presented seafood everywhere you look.

And of course a magnificent cheese station.

And every salad you can think of!
The mains are served directly to your table, and this is the bit that will personally keep me returning forevermore, three words Giant Crab Legs!
The mains include prime rib (of course always a winner), tender broccolini, a seriously delicious mac and cheese, the creamiest, dreamiest mash potato, and yes… giant crab legs.

Giant crab legs, I absolutely love them, but I can probably count on one hand the number of times I’ve actually eaten them. Mainly because they’re rarely on the menu, and when they are, the price usually makes me quietly close it again.

Everything was cooked properly, generously portioned, and, of course, delicious. Oh, and shhh… I didn’t tell you this, but if your crab legs somehow mysteriously disappear, you can request more.
Now, the food at The Guild Dubai is excellent. We already knew that from previous visits.

But weirdly, the thing that surprised us most during The Guild Brunch was party vibe atmosphere.
Between courses, the entire restaurant suddenly erupts into dancing. And I mean everyone. Staff, chefs, guests… the whole place turns into a full-blown party with napkin twirling, sparklers, drums, and even a conga line.
Now normally, this sort of thing can feel a bit cringe.
But somehow… they pull it off.
The staff genuinely look like they’re having fun, which makes the energy feel infectious. By the end, the whole restaurant was up dancing, even on the tables.
The transition from slow, elegant brunch to full-blown party should not work… but The Guild Brunch somehow makes it work perfectly.
Just when you think you physically couldn’t eat another thing, dessert arrives… and of course it comes with the full Dubai dry ice ritual.
An impressive dessert platter is brought to the table, filled with fresh fruit, and beautifully presented desserts. But unlike some brunch dessert platters that look better than they taste, these were actually really good.
The standout for me was the lemon dessert, which was light, fresh, and exactly what was needed after the seafood and steak feast we’d just consumed.
It felt like a really nice ending to the brunch and somehow persuaded us all to continue eating despite repeatedly claiming we were “completely full” about twenty minutes earlier.

Yes! At this point, The Guild can do no wrong in our eyes. It consistently delivers when it comes to both the food and the service.
It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the quality, atmosphere, service, and sheer amount of food make it feel worth it.
The mix of elegant, refined start and slightly chaotic party finish somehow gives you two brunches in one, and weirdly… it works perfectly.
Would we go back? Absolutely. In fact, we already have.
