You know us, we’re always on the lookout for a good business lunch, and Estiatorio Milos Dubai has been on our list for a while. Set inside Atlantis The Royal, it’s the perfect way to experience the hotel without committing to a full stay (which, let’s be honest, costs an arm and a leg).
It was the hotel that really drew us in. I didn’t know much about the restaurant, just that it has a reputation for high-quality Greek seafood, which isn’t really our usual go-to.
But we thought we’d give it a try and, at worst, still enjoy a lovely afternoon at Atlantis The Royal.

Milos is located inside Atlantis The Royal and has a huge terrace directly overlooking the Fire and Water fountains. It’s so close to the action that you can sometimes feel the spray from the dancing fountains, which was slightly unexpected but also quite fun.
Inside, it’s super elegant and definitely on the fancy side. I was glad I dressed up a bit, although, to be fair, just walking into Atlantis The Royal makes you feel like you should have made more of an effort anyway.

The business lunch at Milos Dubai is AED 200 for three courses, which, considering the setting, feels like a pretty good deal. It runs Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm.
Drinks are extra, and the lobster and steak come with a surcharge. Yes… we upgraded both mains (obviously). Even with that, it still felt fairly priced for the setting and quality.

Before the starters, we were served warm bread with olive oil.

For starters, hubby chose the Greek salad… and this needs a moment.

It was unreal. And you know when a Greek salad tastes that good, it’s the tomatoes. The kind that actually taste like tomatoes. The waiter explained that all the ingredients are flown in from Greece, and honestly, you can tell. Everything just tasted better.
I ordered the Greek spreads, which is always my go-to in a Greek restaurant. The dips were very, very good, but the htipiti wasn’t as good as the one we recently had at Son of a fish.

For mains, we had to try the lobster spaghetti, even though it was an additional AED 85. It’s actually a favourite of mine, and when I see it on the menu, I just have to order it. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had it over the years, so the bar was high.
And yes… it lived up to expectations.

A whole lobster arrived, which I genuinely wasn’t expecting. Not the usual few polite pieces tucked into pasta, a full lobster! Perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I’ve had lobster pasta in a lot of places, and this one is easily the most extravagant and one of the best.

We also ordered the filet steak cooked medium. My husband is painfully picky with steak, and he didn’t say a single word while eating it, just cleared the plate. Which, in our house, is basically a five star review.

We finished with a Greek yogurt dessert, which was seriously good, and the Karydopita, a proper comfort-style walnut cake served with creamy ice cream.

The Greek yogurt was so good my husband actually asked how it was made, and to our surprise, the waiter talked us through it step by step, as if he’d prepared it himself.

He knew the menu inside out, which was seriously impressive, especially for us foodies.

The service at Milos really added to the experience.
Our waiter talked us through the history of the restaurant and explained that the menu has stayed largely the same since the 1970s. The focus is on keeping things simple and perfecting them, with a big emphasis on high-quality ingredients.
It made sense once we started eating, nothing felt overcomplicated, just really well done.
This is one of those business lunches that actually feels like a special experience, not just a quick meal. I defy anyone not to be impressed by this place. It’s seriously hard to beat, the setting, the service, and the food are all 10/10.
Great food, beautiful setting, and a deal that genuinely feels worth it, especially for Atlantis The Royal.
Top tip: book the terrace if you can.
Would we go back? Yes, if only for the lobster spaghetti (and that Greek salad). Oh and I forgot to mention free valet parking is included!
