Get ready, because the Dubai Food Festival 2024 is back and better than ever! From April 19th to May 12th, 2024, foodies across the city are in for a treat with the return of those irresistible 10-dirham dishes. With hundreds of restaurants taking part, it’s the culinary event of the year!
Dubai Hills Mall is a foodie’s heaven! From awesome restaurants to cozy cafes and dreamy cake and ice cream shops, it’s a paradise for food lovers like me. And guess what? Many places were offering the Dubai food festival 2024 dishes for just 10 dirhams – talk about a steal!
As I always like to emphasize, I’m not affiliated with any restaurants. I only share what I love, and I pay for my own food. So, I rummaged through my purse and found 50 dirhams – not much, right? But wait until you see what I got with it, and keep reading to find out how much I saved!
My Dubai food festival is off to a good start, the Bondi Burger at Oportu was a real winner. A succulent grilled chicken fillet made from 100% fresh chicken breast, topped with crisp lettuce, cheese, creamy mayo, and a kick of chili sauce. I’m glad I gave it a try; 10 dirhams well spent, and you can bet I’ll be back for more, even at the full price of 26 dirhams. It’s that good!
I walked past this place a lot, so I was happy to see they were participating. They’re offering the samosa chaat. Samosa chaat is a popular Indian street food dish made with samosas, chickpeas, yogurt, and chutneys. It’s savory, tangy, and bursting with flavour.
Their samosa chaat was spot-on – the samosa just warm, chana perfectly soft, and the chutneys excellently balanced. Overall a savory and satisfying snack.
The waffles here are crispy, massive, and satisfyingly filling, almost like a waffle calzone. You can’t go wrong with fresh waffles, right? Especially considering they’re usually priced at 36 dirhams – talk about the ultimate bargain!
A 7-inch Margarita pizza for just 10 dirhams? Count me in! And you know what? It was pretty darn good too!
No meal is complete without a coffee and pastry right, so I headed to Costa coffee and grabbed their – lemon cream & pistachio cannoli with a classic coffee for just, you guessed it 10dhs!!!
So, are you impressed with my 50-dirham feast? The total for everything above would have been 149 dirhams, so I saved 99 dirhams! I highly recommend you take advantage of this event before it ends!
I couldn’t possibly try everything, but here’s a comprehensive list of all the other participating restaurants in Dubai Hills Mall.
